Printel Branded Ink and Toner Cartridges
Printel branded Toner cartridge products carry 1 full year warranty.
Refund is issued for defective products purchased within one year from the date of purchase. For products that are over one year old, customer will be issued a store credit.
Unopened products should be returned within 30 days in order to receive full refund.
Incorrectly Ordered Printel Cartridge Products and Lost Packages
For cartridge products that were ordered incorrectly and opened, we will not be able to offer a refund. The reason is simple: once the items are opened, especially after the seal is pulled or opened, we cannot resell the item. Please confirm your printer model and product number when you place the order.
In order to qualify for a refund or replacement, please report to us about any problems, including misplaced orders, lost packages or incorrectly ordered products within 30 days of the original order dates.
All Other Products - Printer Parts, Copier Parts, Plotter Parts
All printer parts, copier parts, plotter parts carry 90-day warranty.
For all printer parts, copier parts, plotter parts, refund is issued for defective products purchased within 90 days from the date of purchase. For products that are over 90 days old, no refund or credit will be issued. Return of good quality products is subject to 20% restock fee.
