      Before installing the fuser, turn the printer off and unplug the power cord (wait 30 minutes until the fuser cool down before proceeding).

      Remove duplexer from the back of the printer.

      Fold down the rear door.

      Flex the plastic hinge pin on the bottom left of the rear door and squeeze the left hinge pin to release the holding tab.

      Slide the rear door to the left to remove from printer.

      While holding onto both sides of the fuser, push the two blue levers on the bottom of the fuser and pull the fuser out.

      Install the replacement fuser by inserting it and aligning the left side first, making sure that the fuser is fully seated into the printer and you will hear a sound of both blue levers snap into place.

      Reinstall the plastic rear output bin.

      Open the top cover of the printer and remove the toner cartridge.

      Transfer roller is located under the toner cartridge.

      Use our special plastic hook (included in the transfer roller box) to pull the left end of transfer roller up and then slide the transfer roller to the left to remove it.

      Insert the right side of the new transfer roller first and then the left side, making sure the black plastic clip at the left side of the roller is oriented with the open end facing down and snaps it into position. Note: Do not touch the surface of the transfer roller during installation.

      Pull Tray2 Out

      Pull the Tray 2 out from the printer.

      Remove the separation roller by pinching the blue tab on the roller and sliding it off its shaft to the left.

      Look up into the paper tray cavity in the printer, there are two rollers located in the cavity.

      Remove two rollers

      Remove them by pinching the blue tabs on the roller and sliding them off their shafts.

      When replacing the feed and pick up rollers, make sure the blue tab locks on the shaft.
