Partsmart Corporation (PMC) jointed Beijing Laser Technology (BLT, in China) to establish Beijing Laser - Partsmart Co. Ltd (BLPMC) in Hebei Baodin, China in 2002. BLPMC has been manufacturing spare parts for laser printers and copiers for customers around the world since then.

Driven by the increasing demands from worldwide market, in 2003 BLPMC decided to invest on the phase II project of this manufacturing facility. The Project included building of new infrastructure, new production lines and the R&D of various new products. In October this project has been completed successfully. New plant is now covering a area of 6,000 sq meters (around 54,000 sq ft) running with 300 employees, producing a lot of Hi-Tech parts including fuser film sleeves, heating elements, thermistors and thermoswitches etc.
